§1 Countries:
§1.1 Anyone wishing to participate must come up with the bare minimum of a country name, capital city and flag, although other details about the country, for example the language are encouraged.
§1.2 Before every edition a thread will be made asking people for confirmation of their entry - this is the time you must send your "new country" information to the host, if you're hoping to participate for the first time. However, all countries must confirm their participation each time.
§2 Artists & Songs:
§2.1 Artists being used by another country may not be used in the same contest.
§2.2 Artists used in the prior contest may not be used for the following contest. This only applies to your entry - the artist may be used in the following contest if they were used by another country in the prior contest.
§2.3 Artists who came top 3 in the prior contest may not be used for the following contest.
§2.4 Songs may NOT have entered the top 40 in United Kingdom and United States of America (Also check §2.12) This include remixes and covers.
§2.5 Confirmed songs, that later will chart in the top 40 in United Kingdom and United States of America, before the deadline have past will DSQ. You will get the chance to change your confirmation.
§2.6 Entries may be Eurovision songs [As long as no other rules will be broken]
§2.7 Songs may be covers or remixes .
§2.8 Songs can be in any language.
§2.9 Countries may use a "national final" or an "internal selection" to choose their entries.
§2.10 Songs can have been released at any time.
§2.11 Songs may not have been used in previous contests
§2.12 It's highly recommanded to not send a hit or a popular song, as it will have an advantage. This will also look lazy and not original.
[B]§3 Hosting:
§3.1 The right to host goes automatically to the winner of the previous edition. If for any reason the previous winner cannot, or does not want to, host, then the right falls to the second placed, then the third, the fourth, and so on. The host is expected to take care of the song presentation and the presentation of the results, as well as collecting the songs and votes in the first place.

§4 Voting:
§4.1 The nations must PM their points to the organizing country. These points are: 12, 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 point.
§4.2 If a country does not submit its votes on time, it will have 33% taken away from its score, 50% if the amount of entries particupating in the contest is less then 12.
§4.3 Revealing your votes before they are officially announced is not allowed.
§4.4 Making 'deals' with other countries (example - swapping votes) is not allowed.
§4.5 This is a serious contest, and any attempt to violate the integrity of it will be dealt with through disqualification
§4.6 Any attempt at vote rigging or such will result in immediate suspension/disqualification from the contest

§5.1 Infringing any of these rules will lead to disqualification from the current contest as well as a retraction of any votes given by the offending nation if any.
