She has an increible voice. I love this kind of voices! She has a lot of potential, but IMO she's never done a real beautiful album. I mean, Stripped was great but she needs to find her way and does something really amazing. I'm sure she will, as she's already showed us that she can reinvent herself ;)

Check out Christina Aguilera on the cover for the June 2010 issue of Latina magazine and interview below.
Burlesque star Christina Aguilera — who is prepping her fifth studio album Bionic for release next month — is addressing rumors of rivalry with co-star and showbiz icon Cher, her new LP, and her estranged father with the June/July edition of Latina Magazine.
Christina On Cher Feud Rumors: “I was laughing so much when I heard that because Cher and I were like old girlfriends. I actually find that people who have been in the business the longest, they’re just the coolest because they don’t have anything to prove. So, they can leave their egos and the stupidity behind.”
On Growing Up In The Business: “As a young female growing up in this business, your bite has to kind of be bigger than your bark. Sometimes you have to speak a little louder, push a little harder, and I definitely did that when the going got tough, but there were moments when I got taken advantage of because I trusted the wrong people. My instincts got a lot sharper over the years, so I’m thankful for that.”
On Her Husband Of Five Years, Producer Jordan Bratman: “Jordy was the calm in the storm when everybody else was driving me crazy. I had a lot of older people around me who were conniving – and these people do that so you cling to them. He was the person who reached down, pulled me out and made me see reason. I’m very lucky to have him.”
On Her Estranged Father, Fausto: “It’s (relationship) pretty nonexistent. I’m in a place in my life where I just don’t see a reason for it. There’s always room for forgiveness – and I do forgive – but you grow up and make choices for your family.”
Fausto brutally battered Christina and her mother and sister for years before they finally fled when Christina was just 4. The “Beautiful” singer briefly reconciled with the Ecuador-born Army sergeant last year, but realized there were too many bad memories to have him become a fixture in her life.

Christina Aguilera reclaims her fame on the June 2010 cover of Out Magazine.
“I get off on working with creative energy. That’s when I’m most at home and feel happiest. And all these people brought about new sides of me. It was a big collaboration-fest, and it felt so good and rewarding in the end, because I was just so happy with the work and the new territories that I ventured out to.” she recently told Billboard Magazine
Christina’s second single will reportedly be “Woohoo“ featuring Nicki Minaj. Her new album Bionic hits stores June 8th.

Set your DVRs, Cable Subscribers: Grammy winners Eminem and Christina will play themselves in an episode of the hit HBO series Entourage premiering in September.
The hip-hopster and the songbird — who spent the late ’90s locked in a bitter feud — are set to share the small screen as clients of Ari’s on the seventh season finale of the popular show, which airs September 12th.
Friday Night Lights actress Minka Kelly will also appear.
According to Entertainment Weekly: “While Eminem won’t be performing in the episode, Aguilera will. Like Eminem, the singer plays herself—but she’s also a client of Ari.”

Aguilera reportedly "devastated" over anthem flub.
Feb 6th 2011 07:04PM
Christina Aguilera, always a pro singing the national anthem, couldn't make it through the Star Spangled Banner before the kickoff of Super Bowl XLV. Aguliera, who has handled the task without issue before NBA games, botched the lyrics badly halfway through the song.
Instead of "'O'er the ramparts we watched were so gallantly streaming" turned into "what so proudly we watched at the twilight's last [unintelligable lyric]."
Luckily, Aguilera had the quick, crowd-rousing "rocket's red glare" line to follow it up, which she nailed and got the packed Cowboys Stadium quickly on her side.
Still, our eyewitnesses in Dallas tell us that the crowd had some drastic reactions. "This was the biggest performance of her career and she blew it," a source with a VIP view tells me. "To mess up the lyrics was a disaster."

I think she gave a really bad performance and she deserves criticisms!

Yeah, I can forgive the lyric jumbling, but the screaming was HORRIBLE. But I guess when you're in a large stadium, excited about the biggest game of the year, and you see a famous singer screaming their head off you can be under the illusion that the noise is good and start to cheer...but for people at home: o.O WTF?
You can only assume that she hardly even practiced. You'd think that, if millions and millions of people were tuning in to hear you do what you are paid to do, after a massive career mishap, you'd at least practice and train to give a decent performance. Geez
Even by her standards, that was just shouting really wasn't it.
Weird as I thought she did a great job on the 2 she did recently.

Hip-Hop star/actress Queen Latifah will team with Mary J. Blige's FFAWN organization to co-host the Second Annual Mary J. Blige Honors Concert.
Mary J. and Queen Latifah will be joined by Elle magazine's Editor-in-Chief Robbie Meyers as hosts of concert, which will be held in honor of the 2011 FFAWN scholarship recipients.
Legendary musician Patrice Rushen will conduct performances by a star-studded cast that includes Christina Aguilera, Anita Baker, Jennifer Hudson, Jill Scott and Corinne Bailey Rae.
In 2010, Mary J.'s non-profit, which stands for the Foundation for the Advancement of Women Now, has helped send 25 young women to college with full, four-year scholarships.
To date, all 25 young women remain enrolled and have maintained the minimum requirement of a 3.0 GPA.
Eight of the young women made the dean's list in their first semester according to reps for FFAWN, which found founded by Mary J. Blige and industry exec/mogul Steve Stoute.
Proceeds from the concert, which is sponsored by Gucci and the Urban Zen Foundation, will benefit FFAWN's scholarship fund that helps young women succeed through training and education.
The Second Annual Mary J. Blige Honors concert takes place on May 1st at the Hammerstein Ballroom.
