First and foremost, we aren't a promotion forum - we are an entertainment/general chat forum, but we recognise that many of our members operate their own forums and websites, and as such, we like to offer them the opportunity to promote them here! Recent changes have lead to the dissolution of our former Forum Promotion section, and instead the launch of this section!

What's this topic all about then?

Well I'm glad you asked! This topic is the new form of promotion that you can use. Unlike promotion sites themselves, which only allow you to bump your topics once every few days, we aim to do things differently here. This topic is where you post everything about your site, adding as much or as little detail as you like

Is there any criteria for being able to post in this topic?

As before, please ensure that you have made at least 5 posts before you post in this topic, advertising your site

What restrictions are there?

It is forbidden for you to double post in this topic, unless 24 hours have passed. If somebody promotes their site, one hour after you have promoted yours, you are allowed to then re-plug your site, regardless of the time limit. You can do this as often, or as little as you like - you just need to ensure that you never double post. If you're unsure of anything, then PM me, or leave me a visitor message on my profile, and I'll get back to you ASAP

But DaiForums died really quick and never reached no more than 600 posts. But RPGCreation reached 25+ members and 1800+ posts, it is a lot more active and is the real deal of IPB. :D

Okay, originally there were two sites posted, one (the Bubbling Couldron (http://www.thebubblingcauldron.net/lgbt/index.php)) has since closed, so I've removed it.

My opinion on the site that is left...

- Its got FAR too many sections; I think it wants to take itself seriously as a point of advice for LGBT people, yet it never could because of the layout, which is very simple, but not suitable in my opinion. The main issue is how many sections there are - seriously, half of them could be condensded or even removed!

I've decided to make a new forum for anime fans of Bleach or any anime for that matter. We are starting off slow and are working our way up.

Hm, interesting site! Not many people are a fan of the default vBulletin layout - some guests see it as lazy on the part of the administrator - I personally love the default layout! Your niche (anime) isn't my thing, so I'm not sure if I'll register (I might register just for your general section :D !) but I wish you the best of luck!! You seem to have a good handle on things - just don't give up on it
