The UK has a brand new number 1 song! After just a week on top, Ne-Yo's 'Beautiful monster' has been pushed down 4 places to number 5. Taking its place is Flo Rida and David Guetta's 'Club can't handle me', it's up 1 place from last weeks number 2 and originally entered at number 5, 2 weeks ago. This of course means that Flo's UK number 1 hit count has increased to 3, the last being 'Bad boys' with Alexandra Burke last October and the first being 'Right round' with Ke$ha last March. This is also of course yet more good news for David Guetta, who is himself having a very successful year; 'Club can't handle me' is his 2nd number 1 hit of 2010 (the other being 'Gettin' over you' which is currently at 28) and the 4th chart topper of his career.

This weeks number 2 record is also a climber, Eminem and Rihanna's 'Love the way you lie' is up 2 places and back at the peak position it hit 3 weeks ago. The song has now spent a total of 8 weeks inside the top 10 and is only physically available this week.

This weeks highest new entry is at number 3, an 8th UK Top 40 hit for UK girl group The Saturdays. The new song entitled 'Missing you' is immediately their 3rd to reach the top 3, the others being number 2 successes 'Just can't get enough' and 'Forever is over' from last year. They were last in the chart with 'Ego' which peaked at number 9 in January.

In spite of the major re-shuffling of the top 5, Yolanda Be Cool's 'We no speak Americano' is down only 1 place at number 4, outselling both Ne-Yo's 'Beautiful monster' and The Wanted's 'All time low', both of which topped the chart after it. It's now beeon inside the top 5 for an impressive 6 weeks. Also clinging to the top 10 are Travie McCoy's former top 3 hit 'Billionaire', a non mover at 6, B.o.B's former number 1 hit 'Airplanes', a non mover at 7 and Eliza Doolittle's 'Pack up', down 1 at 9.

This weeks 2nd highest new entry is in at number 10; a 5th UK top 40 hit for UK hip-hop star Tinchy Stryder. The new hit is entitled 'In my system' and has immediately beaten the number 14 peak of his last hit 'You're not alone' last August. 'In my system' is however Tinchy's 4th hit to reach the top 10, the others being 'Take me back', 'Number 1' and 'Never leave you', the latter 2 of which topped the chart last year.

It looks as though Jason Deulo and the Hoosiers' latest hits may miss out on the top 10; after a month of climbing, Jason's 'What if' is down 1 at 13, and after a number 11 debut last week, this week The Hoosiers' 'Choices' is down 5 at 16. Another of last weeks new entries has fallen this week, DJ Fresh's 'Gold dust' is down 3 at 27.

Last week, 2 records took surprising chart u-turns and this week both have continued to progress back up the chart; at 15 Example's 'Kickstarts' is up 1 (having climbed 3 last week) and at 23 Edward Maya's 'Stereo love' is up 2 (having climbed 5 last week). 'Stereo love' has now been in the top 40 for 14 weeks and 'Kickstarts' for 9 weeks.

There's a new entry at 19; a 3rd Top 40 hit for UK Singer/song-writer Ellie Goulding. The new hit entitled 'The writer' has already beaten the number 26 peak of her last hit 'Guns and horses' back in May. Her biggest hit to date is of course 'Starry eyed' which peaked at 4 in March.

Usher and Pitbull's 'DJ got us falling in love' is spending a 4th week in the chart this week, and a 4th week at number 20. As 'OMG' finally runs out of steam (this week at 35) can this progress up the top 20 in the coming weeks?

There's another new entry to report; at 31 is the chart debut for UK grime act James Devlin, known as Devlin with his debut solo single 'Brainwashed'.

This weeks chart casualties include Rihanna's 'Te Amo' (down 6 at 42) and B.o.B's former number 1 'Nothin' on you', both of whom already have other hits in the top 40.

Next week...

Roll Deep's long awaited follow up to their number 1 hit 'Good times', 'Green light' is newly available physically and for download and is expected to be a high new entry in next weeks chart, possibly a contender for number 1. Also likely to make an impact on next weeks chart are the download only track 'Let you go' by Chase and Status and the now fully released 'Say you don't want it' by One Night Only and 'Amazing' by Inna. Eminem and Rihanna's 'Love the way you lie' is finally available physically this week which could push the song up a place to the top.
