Will And Grace or Friends

One is without doubt, the most popular global sitcom of all time. The other is without doubt, one of the most authentic and well written sitcoms of all time, despite never achieving the same success as its rival. Together, they are brilliant sitcoms! Which is your favourite?

I think for me personally, Will and Grace edges it. I think Karen is possibly my favourite US sitcom character EVER. She is just aaaamazing!! I love the woman to death, and wish the show was still around :( I watch my boxsets regularly, and get a new laugh each time. I still love Friends too - the ending, I bawl at each time. Rachel is my favourite character, followed extremely closely by Phoebe! :D

I vote for Will & Grace because it ended while it was still hilarious and left us wanting more.
I could watch the shows again and find one liners that I'd missed the first time around.
They had some fantastic recurring characters too,that I always wanted to see more of - especially Beverly Leslie,and Crazy Val. :lol:

Friends on the other hand,was hilarious for the first few seasons but was crap towards the end - I still watched it religiously but it got tired and there was no laughs to be had,and I'd look at the cast and think ''They're being paid an absolute fortune for THAT ?!''
I still watch the re runs of the early episodes ,and always liked Phoebe the best.

Aww I don't agree with that Friends comment! :P I found the last 4 series to be the most funny! I do agree about Phoebe though - her character is genius, and Lisa Kudrow is gorgeous!

I'd love to have seen Phoebe and Karen Walker together! :lol:

I can imagine the episode ending with Phoebe singing a song about Karen,and Karen not realising who it's about : ''What's all this honey ? Who's this meant to be about ?''

I voted for 'Friends' as I could never really get into 'Will & Grace'. I still love the Madonna episode, though! :lol:

But I do love both. I just never tire of Friends though, it just never gets boring.

I cannot decide which show i prefer, cause i love both..

will & grace is pure perfection.. the stories, the cast and most obviously Karen Walker.. She is my alltime fave Comedy character.. I really had to cry and laugh at the series finale.. when she sang that beautiful duet with Jack..

Jack is hilarious too..

Friends: i love Courteney Cox so much, she made Friends special to me.. the funniest episodes were the flashback college episodes.. i love them on W&G too..

just remember the one with Karen in that bar and she had an affair with like every one..like Martina Navratilova.. lol.. so great.
