it can be anything... what is it?
for me:
1. spam on forums (spoils it for others)
2. people that say they are going to do something and don't, usually have a stupid excuse for why they didon't do it.
3. people complaining over the littlest of things, then in fact it's not really that much of an issue.

Text talk abbreviation annoys me if an entire paragraph is constructed as such. But sometimes I think it helps to convey someone's point much bettter than an articulated/long winded message! ;)
Hmmm. Another thing that annoys me is how my sisters don't wash their pots up after they've used them!!

As someone who used to be the customer service team leader at Sainsburys, I can say without hesitation people who cannot operate the self checkouts annoy me :p And when I'm going to use one, it annoys me when people who are currently using them are SLOW. And when people go with small trolleys... Nuh uh, bitch.
I'm also annoyed with HSBC right now. But that's a long story.

You'd struggle in South Africa, then, cos 'ya' is used more than 'yes'! :D (That's cos 'ja' is Afrikaans for yes, and we like to mix our languages here hehe!)

I was thinking why is Iceweaver annoyed by SARS? Isn't that a horrible virus? Then I realised that you meant the South African Revenue Service :D. I'm sure it's the same the world over because HM Revenue & Customs are the bane of my working life - incompetent half-trained idiots.

SARS have recently introduced a new, easier and more efficient VAT return to replace the old 1-page return.
The new return is 4 pages long.
Yes, that's right, they are replacing a 1-page return with a 4-page return.
I would so love to write to the top guy at SARS and ask him how the hell replacing a 1-page return with a 4-page return is actually easier and more efficient!
