You can download the list in PDF format from the BPI website, they havent updated the sales for some of the albums, i.e Madonna IC and Michael Jacksons Bad since the 2006 list. This is the list.
P.S MJ's Bad was given in MW at the end of June this year as 3,609.592.

Well MW discount music club sales for starters. To which the Immaculate Collection owes a sizeable chunk of its sales. Added to which, the OCC (Official Charts Company) are bloody crap at this kind of thing. They devise these types of list all the time, to no avail. Most albums on there have sold thousands and thousands more copies than MW accredit them with
