Kelly Rowland - Here I Am [new album]

American R'n'B singer Kelly Rowland said she had liked what she had seen of Coventry despite the constantly changing weather.

"I drove into Coventry and saw the countryside. It's really beautiful," said the former Destiny's Child member, who starts work on her third solo album next week.

Although busily promoting the reissue of her "Ms Kelly", the "Diva Deluxe", it seems that Kelly has also found some time to work on new tracks, which is precisely what her career needs right now, her fans concur. When asked by the "Daily Record" about her plans at the moment, Kelly simply responded "I'm going back into the studio as I've just started the third album", thus putting to rest all rumors and speculations about her future professional move.

I 100% agree. her vocals are amazing lately. I think she absolutely outdid herself vocally on "When Love Takes Over"

I am glad she is finding her own voice now, rather than being lesser to Beyonce

I can't understand why her own stuff hasn't shifted, especially in the US. All very solid material. Daylight was just fabboo.

But yeah some dance stuff would be great, not cheap sounding like Cascada though, more along the lines of the David Guetta tune

Here I am, just getting back to L.A.Stuck in my bed sick as a dog! Not glamorous AT ALL!!! How is everyone? I’ve been listening to all the songs I’ve recorded for this record and I think I’ve narrowed down my decision as to what will make the final cut! Funny enough, I’m STILL recording! Tomorrow I’m goin’ in with Rico Love! We ALWAYS have fun in the studio!!!! Rico has laced this album beautifully! I feel SO incredible blessed, everything I asked God for on this record, I got. I’m so happy!

I just wanna thank you all for your excitement for the record, It means SO much to me and that’s why I will make sure everything on the album is perfect!!!!

The Destiny’s Child diva has settled on a July 26 release date for her third solo album Here I Am, Universal Motown exclusively confirms to Rap-Up.com. The new date comes as her Lil Wayne-assisted single “Motivation” continues to soar, hitting No. 1 on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.

The album features contributions from Rico Love, Tricky Stewart, Dr. Luke, Stargate, Salaam Remi, Jim Jonsin, RedOne, Ester Dean, and more. Kelly was recently announced as a judge for Britain’s “X Factor,” which is currently taping in London.
