Lets face it, she deserves her own thread now she's an X Factor judge, and part-time soloist! :D She's arguably the most famous female celebrity in Britain, and certainly one of the prettiest women! She's a style icon, and is in the process of recording her debut solo album. She has many fans across this site, and others I've been on. She's also arguably the face of the UK's biggest girl band - Girls Aloud.

Cheryl Cole has revealed that she feels "lonely" without her Girls Aloud bandmates.

The singer, who is on course to have the fastest-selling single of the year with 'Fight For This Love', claimed that she misses the support of the other four girls.

"It is weird. It's a little bit lonely. I find myself either glad that there aren't four other opinions at times or hating the fact that there's not," she told Attitude.

"I can't give the 'Cheryl' look where you look at one of them across the room and they answer the question or they sense that you're fed up so they do it anyway."

The 26-year-old, who releases debut solo album Three Words on Monday, admitted that there is now more pressure on her when doing promotion.

"You have to be completely on the ball in every aspect. You haven't got any shielding. It's been up and down really," she said.

Girls Aloud are expected to return to the studio next year after signing a new three-album deal with Fascination records last February.

Jay-Z wants to launch Cheryl Cole’s pop career in America.

The hip-hop star – married to singer Beyonce Knowles – is in talks to work with the Girls Aloud beauty who last month launched her solo career.

Cheryl – whose debut album ‘3 Words’ entered the UK album chart at number one - has told pals having Jay-Z as her new mentor is “beyond her wildest dreams”.

A source told Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper: "Cheryl is the biggest fan of Jay-Z and Beyonce. To hear the feeling is mutual has totally made her year.

"She never imagined her album would have taken off like this. To get Jay-Z's support is beyond her wildest dreams."

The collaboration has arisen after Cheryl met Beyonce on last year’s series of UK TV talent show ‘The X Factor’, on which Cheryl is a judge.

The ‘Sweet dreams’ singer teamed up with Cheryl’s contestant Alexandra Burke for a show-stopping duet.

After the programme, the two pop stars hit it off as they hung out in the dressing rooms together.

But at the time, Cheryl was convinced she had acted like a crazed fan when she met her idol.

She said: “I turned into a fool when I saw Beyonce, I couldn't speak to her. I really embarrassed myself.”

She's a huge Balmain shopper just like Celine. It seems that Celine has a huge influence on her cos she seems to have the same dress (the fuchsia Balmain dress that Celine wore during her Taking Chances tour among others) and the jewelery (she's wearing similar Cartier rings in the mv of FFTL that Celine wore during the Oscars 07.

Come on, girl, just admit it you love Celine :teehee:

I thought she sounded GREAT. I am so shocked LOL I loved the sound of her voice. If anything it was the bloke from Snow Patrol that I didn't like. His voice sounded strange and annoying. Cheryls sounded beautiful the way she tailed off her notes.I am impressed. I wish she would have done a verse solo but o well. Seems like she has been working hard on her vocals.
